We are seeking a Director of Product Engineering to work across the Privateer portfolio of Companies to support projects related to the design and development of cannabis/hemp extraction systems for formulation of a diverse range of medical and recreational cannabis-infused product applications. The Product Development Manager will work closely with the Tilray Chief Science Officer and Privateer project engineers on development and implementation of Privateer and Tilray product development strategy. This will include responsibility for detailed design, process development, construction, commissioning, and scale-up of new cGMP-certified botanical extract production sites to be deployed and operated in various jurisdictions. The candidate will also be expected to implement testing protocols to evaluate the potency and safety of cannabis samples in accordance with regulatory standards and standard operating procedures. This position will require a significant amount of travel to the company’s core business locations.
