*Position Summary: *  To manage and oversee the accounts of the company and to service clients as long-term strategic partners and sell iComply services and deliverables on an ongoing basis. Account Managers must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve conflicts, think critically, and help clients identify compliance budgets, challenges, and gaps.

Account Managers are responsible for generating leads, setting appointments, following up and selling iComply services. This position works collaboratively with the CEO and other departments and to support the iComply, LLC’s brand and achieve the goals and mission of the organization by consistently generating new business. This position comes with a base rate of pay plus commissions on each sale. At all times treat colleagues, clients, and the public in accordance with iComply, LLC’s core values.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

 Oversee all sales and account management functions

 Generate cold calls/visit contacts to develop new leads consistently and diligently

 Track and manage leads, quotes, sales, and generate new business

 Responsible for creating and ensuring contract execution of Client Service Agreements

 Ensure client satisfaction and handle all conflicts or concerns related to services provided

 Observe and follow all timelines for sales and deliverables

 Communicate with clients regarding services, changes, and ongoing sales

 Build relationships with clients, prospects, and strategic partners to generate opportunities

 Manage the scheduling and coordination of sales for clients with deliverables team

 Ensure accurate internal documentation for tracking leads, sales, quotes and contract generation

 Assist in the collection of client payments as directed

 Manage and meet sales goals and targets consistently

 Attend events and represent the company in a sales function as needed

 Set up, work, and tear down booths or other event displays as needed

 Create and follow policies and procedures related to all duties and responsibilities for the position

 Assist Director of Business Development with projects as required

 Assist Chief Executive Officer with projects as assigned or required

 Participate and contribute as a member of team meetings as assigned

 Participate in personal growth and continuing education

 Participate in trainings and continuing education as assigned

 Perform all other duties as assigned

 *Position Qualifications: *

 Education – Bachelor’s Degree preferred

 Experience – Four years enterprise or commercial sales experience and a proven track record of business to business sales success. Extensive knowledge of the marijuana industry.

 Skills – Outgoing personality coupled with relationship building skills. Must be MS Office and CRM software proficient. Professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.

Position Schedule: 

 Position is expected to work a 40 hour work week with hours varying between the hours of 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

  • Ability to travel in or out of state for short periods of time as needed.
