Sales Rep – Los Angeles
Job Title: Sales Rep
Reports To: Director of Sales/CEO
Term: 2 — 4 Month Contract, Approx. 20 hours per week including evenings & weekends.
DomPen is a new brand emerging in the medical cannabis market in California. DomPen is known for its flagship product, the DomPen, the first ever all-in-one flavored THC e-cigarette. We are seeking a sales representative to promote this product.
DomPen will depend on the Salesperson to develop and close new qualified customers primarily in the greater Los Angeles region. The qualified salesperson must be extremely knowledgeable about the product line, represent honesty, integrity, and professionalism, while providing exceptional customer service.
Generate qualified leads by means of web research, visiting local collectives, networking, etc.
Travel to collectives to present the product line to managers and buyers
Assess customer needs, answer questions, and assist with ordering process
Generate and develop pipeline, follow up as necessary
Process necessary paperwork to establish accounts
Provide sales reports to management
Track lead to sale in CRM software
Meet individual goals and collaborate with other sales reps to successfully meet team goals
Organized and detail oriented
Excellent customer service skills
Preferably own iPhones and Macs
Proficient with CRM software, Google Apps, Slack, Wunderlist
Experience handling high volume incoming calls, emails, text messages
Experience handling high volume sales
Excellent communication skills
Enthusiasm for the cannabis industry and selling cannabis-related products
An insured motor vehicle and valid driver’s license.
Interest in sales, some experience preferred.
Must have CA driver’s license and medical cannabis recommendation from a licensed doctor in California.
