Job Description:

GreenBroz, Inc. is a San Diego based company seeking a Sales Representative to oversee specific geographic markets and become part of our rapidly growing National Sales Team. 
Our business is presently focused on moving our processing equipment further into markets, including both direct sales to end users and setting up relationships with retail operations to distribute our gear. You will determine your own sales strategy, including providing frequent on-site demonstrations. Our Sales Team model is to have a single person in a geographic area, unless the market demands additional boots on the ground.
This commission-based position includes a very generous compensation plan that increases commission percentage–per-sale the more you sell each quarter, includes a weekly stipend after $20k in sales per quarter. You will determine your own schedule, however the expectation is full-time, including some weekend work to drive maximum sales. YOU WILL MAKE A LOT OF MONEY AND HAVE A LOT OF FUN WITH SERIOUS EFFORT!

Job Requirements:

The perfect candidate will possess the following core requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED; College Degree a plus
  • Proven Business to Business and Business to Consumer sales experience, previous Rep experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Industry
  • A current resident of the region you are seeking to represent
  • Very computer literate
  • Ability to self motivate, determine your own plan of action and implement the plan for continued success.
  • Maintain a casual-professional presence and a very positive attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to build lasting relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to clearly and effectively demonstrate the benefits of equipment
  • Ability to turn cold calls into sales
  • Veteran status is a plus
  •  Must have a drivers license, reliable transportation and ability to transport machinery
  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Must be able to securely store issued machinery
  • Must be able to provide excellent plan of action / goals, and report on previous weeks work
  • Must be able to accurately maintain and update Customer Relation Management (CRM) software
  • Simple mechanical abilities are a plus
